At Palmetto Family Homecare we strive not only to give good quality care, but to also give back to our community whether through small acts of kindness, charitable events that benefit older adults or even providing additional resources outside of the box that add to their quality of life.   

Hands of H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Endure) is our community giving program that not only gives back to the community, but also partners with other organizations and community healthcare providers to spread joy in the lives of our older adults!
